PRODUCTION/SHIPPING:

D&D handles all accessories with care, and all items are made to order. There
is dedicated time to each order, and we try our best to complete and ship
orders with in 5-7 business days.

During high volume seasons, such as winter holidays, delivery times may vary
from anywhere between 7-14 business days. International order may take up to 3
weeks.



SIZE GUIDE:



D&D primary sizes are Small and Large. To ensure proper sizing and comfort we
recommend that you measure the circumference of your pet’s neck!



Small-

Small to Medium sized dogs
For necks up to 15 inches


Large-

Medium to Large sized dogs
For necks up to 22 inches

Custom sizing available upon request.

However, for best results please gently hand wash with cold water and soap.
Line dry or tumble dry low.
Iron on reverse side or around design.
