Please use this listing to purchase a harness, only following conversation
with me regarding a custom order, using your own fabric.

Please note the following important points:

1, Main theme fabric will be provided by you.
2, Please post within 3 days of ordering, we recommend getting proof of
postage. Postage costs will be covered by you.
3, Minimum size of fabric required for each harness is 50cm squared. If when
we receive your fabric you have not provided sufficient we will contact you to
arrange refund, and return of your fabric. Any return of your fabric will incur
postage costs.
4, I will consult via Etsy app once fabric is received to ensure that you are
completely happy with design placement of fabric before beginning construction.
As this is a totally custom order we cannot accept returns, refunds or
exchanges, except in case of faulty goods.
5, Please ensure that you have measured your dog properly, using our guide, we
cannot be held responsible if your harness does not fit, should you have
measured incorrectly.

You are ordering a Standard Harness - of the type pictured in the photos. The
following will be provided by us:

1, Fleece lining - in colour agreed by us
2, All nylon webbing - in colour agreed by us
3, All hardware - buckles etc.
4, Edge piping - in colour agreed by us.
5, If requested a custom Bow-Tie for front of harness in matching or
complimentary fabric.

My Harnesses are designed to give great fit and security when walking your
pup. As opposed to other designs you might see, mine all feature piping around
the edge of the harnesses which means they should fit very well, as well as
maintaining their shape. This also means that (alongside the soft underside) it
is kinder to your pups body and shouldn’t cause friction or irritation.

On the back of the harness I use a superior quality welded D-ring – for your
lead, when walking your pup.
I also use high quality nylon webbing for the adjustable straps

Pup Pictured is my LuLu, she is a one year old French Bulldog - wearing the
large - she weighs 10.5kgs, and pulls moderately hard on the lead.

Some words of advice about getting the right size for your pup…..

This style of harness is designed for small to medium sized dogs – I do have a
different design for larger breeds – and should be able to make this type of
harness in your fabric if you would like – just drop me a message

Please make sure that you refer to the size guide photo when ordering, I am
happy to help you order the right size if you drop me a message – I know it can
be tricky to get measurements from wriggly little pups! Also remember if your
dog has big head (just like my LuLu) to take this into account when working out
the right neck size!

Shipping - All parcels sent by Royal Mail, please note that these are tracked
services, once posted I will supply the tracking number fir you. Also Royal
Mail will not consider an item lost until 14 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods dispatch time may increase – for each order I contact the
buyer within 24hrs to let them know an approximate date of completion and
shipping.

Growleys harnesses, leads and collars are handmade to the highest possible
quality, and tested rigorously. However we do advise that you check your item
regularly for signs of wear and tear particularly if your pup pulls hard on the
lead.
