fabrics and backed with strong yet soft webbing to give you the unique style
you love with the durability your pup needs. Safety being the main focus for
any puppy parent, each piece has been triple stitched at all stress points to
keep the durable, high quality hardware in place. Each collar is outfitted with
your choice of a gold metal, silver metal, or black plastic buckle. The strong,
quick release buckle is curved for maximum comfort.

Crew LaLa™ products are all handmade to order just for you! With this in mind,
please allow 5-10 business days for production. We appreciate your patience!

STANDARD SHIPPING-

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery
confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for production & 2-5 days for
delivery.

RUSH PRODUCTION & PRIORITY SHIPPING-

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow
1-3 business days for production & 2-3 days for delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. An email
will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Our current production
time is 15-10 business days. After your package has shipped, delivery is
typically within 10-14 business days however it can take up to 6 weeks. First
Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. We strongly suggest
upgrading to Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking. Please contact us
for all upgraded shipping options.

**EXCHANGE POLICY**

Due to the fact that each Crew LaLa™ product is custom made by hand to order,
we do not accept returns. Please be sure you are ordering with our SIZE CHART
in mind. If a collar or leash needs to be exchanged for a different size, there
will be a $10 production charge per item that must be remade. Merchandise
should be returned in its original unused condition. The customer is
responsible for paying shipping fees associated with exchanging an item.

For exchanged goods, please note that the item is your responsibility until it
reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the
parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that exchanges are not applicable for custom designs or collars
with engraved buckles.

An invoice will be sent to the customer with exchange/shipping charges & must
be paid in full before the exchange will be added to the production schedule.
